Tools for Trainers
FREE CLASSES
- Provide good class management and environment
- Provide good teaching material
- Using the ‘tools’ in the live class to interact and keep people engaged: chatbox, emoji’s, whiteboard
PAID CLASSES
- Create a paid class in advance, allow time for students to book
- Give good, detailed feedback afterwards
- Engaging title
- Full class description
PRIVATE CLASSES
- Identify students who may benefit from a 1:1 class
CAFES
- Create a cafe with a good title
- Complete your ‘about’ section
- Upload your welcome message which will be sent to all new members when they join
- Invite students to your cafe with your invite link
- Communicate regularly to members using the announcement tool
- Share your cafe in your live classes
- Do a special event for your members (eg: open a private table just for them and have some fun)
GROUP CHAT
- Create a group chat for your regular students or certain teaching niches
NOTEBOOKS
- Create professional looking notebooks to use in class
- Pin your notebooks to your cafe
- Make notebooks that can be verified
- Personalise your notebook (add your name, cafe name)
DASHBOARD
- Evaluate and compare classes through your dashboard analytics
- Re-look at trainer guides to see if you are doing all you can do
SCHEDULING
- Scheduling classes in advance. If someone looks at your profile, there should always be classes listed
- Teaching the min. of 2 classes per week consistently
- A good class title
