Introduction
Currently Hilokal boasts a huge library of notebooks in many languages, created by our trainers and used in lessons everyday. We want to make these notebooks the best they can be! So we are introducing "Verified Notebooks".
What is a Verified Notebook?
A verified notebook is made by a trainer, approved by Hilokal and meets the criteria set out by Hilokal. These are notebooks that follow a well thought out template which maximises the students learning goals.
So What do they Look like?
Here are the template guidelines for making your notebook:

- Examples to work through with students

What are the Benefits of making a Verified Notebook?
- Verified notebooks have prioritised search. For example, if someone searches “conversation”, a verified notebook will appear before other non-verified notebooks.
- Verified notebooks get a badge showing “our choice”. This makes it stand out and look credible and more trustworthy to use.
How to Submit your notebook for Verification
- Create your notebook following the template guidelines.

- Update any changes the community manager requires.
- Once approved your notebook will be verified
